剧情介绍

20位以演员为终身职业、怀抱梦想的青年新人演员，将以学员身份进入到一所与众不同的 “演员学院”，进行为期4个月的封闭式表演实训与实战演练，期间将有资深行业前辈组成的“师资队伍”，进行全方位表演实训指导。学员们也将真实体验影视拍摄全过程，实拍微短剧，与综艺同步上线播出。最终20位新人演员将实现“毕业即就业”，完成新人到职业演员的蜕变，向梦想之路继续迈进！
